Why Go For the Well

A well can retain water but for a season and it can be a source of water which would serve different purpose for persons for a period. During the rainy season the well is always boxed up with water. Sometimes, it could be to the brim but it cannot take you through for a long season. If you have ever experienced staying in a compound where there is a well, you would see that during the rainy season, there is always water but as soon as the rainy season ends the water begins to reduce or finishes to the extent that the people in the compound have to go elsewhere to get water.

There is also a mechanism by which you can get water consistently regardless of the season. This mechanism does not depend on the season on the earth. It  only happens because the earth has its inherent ability to produce water both in the raining and dry season and it is called THE UNDERGROUND WATER. Its depth is very great beneath the surface of the earth and can stand the test of time.

The well level represents, When you do not know your true identity which is who you are, apparently you are probably just existing and not living, you end up being tied to living at the mercies of others, it also illustrate you who have discovered your true identity which is your reason for existence, but do little or nothing with it, you may have the ideas, but don’t have the stamina to deploy it. Others get the vision and because of inadequate preparation or capacity or irrelevant information got, they lose relevance with time. Some have started living out their purpose but failed to improve themselves. They became confident in the level they are, giving no room for upgrading and updating themselves with time they lose importance because they are not up to date with the current happening in the society.

In the world there is always an increase or upsurge in every sphere of influence. So why settle for the well when there is locked up inside of you streams of flowing water which don't stop flowing regardless of the season? Why settle for the less when you can become a better version of yourself? You have a great destiny and you can be better than your present level. Don't settle for the well that only last for a season! You are born to be nothing but the best but the decision you make would determine the outcome.

The underground water represents continuous development, consistent action, a heart that eagers to do something different and better, continuous impact on the society. There are men that are dead but they left a legacy that every generation after them will definitely come in contact with all because they did not end at the well level but they went deeper for the underground level. What will differentiate you from one who is great is that extra step deeper or forward that you refused to take. It’s time to take action. Many people end at the level they are because they refuse to take a step further which is what differentiate the well and the underground water. The supply of a well is seasonal but that of the underground water is all year round. It’s time for you to take a step further in your career, destiny, life, purpose, and relationship with God and relationship with others. 

God can make a wonder out of your life if we allow him to take over your life. Then, you become a tree that is planted by the water side which brings forth fruits in season and out of season, its leaf do not wither or die, there is also an exponential fruitfulness which is as a result of a close proximity to a source of water.
