Lighting up the Spark: The Ignition

Ignition is a process of starting the engine, lightening up the fire. It is a state of causing something to start burning or running. A vehicle would not start moving until it engine is ignited. One of Newton’s law of motion states that an object would remain on rest until an external force is added to it. You cannot move forward or achieve greatness until there is a starting up of the engine of your life.

You often grow up to forget your connection to the source, God, yourself, the world, those dreams and visions that we have and you focus on what the world wants you to be, digressing from your true purpose on earth. This will only land you in more frustration, depression, dissatisfaction, and nonfulfillment.

It’s time to ignite the engine of the car and move in the journey of destiny. Your true identity is not in the circumstances or situation you find yourself, neither is it in what the world want you to be or what those inner critic voices tells you but your true identity is in what God encoded you with and created you for. You have dwelt too long at the state of numbness, it’s time to start the engine. You were created to fulfill a purpose, to contribute beyond yourself and not to remain at the state of rest in the journey of your life destiny.

You may feel lost, like something is missing, you may feel like making a significant difference or impact but don’t know how to start, you may feel numb and desperate for something more but not know how to go about it, you may have a knowing that you are not living out your true identity, you may even be asking yourself questions like what’s the meaning of life. Ignition of your true identity and purpose answers and solves the problem. True lasting happiness comes by reconnecting to the creator, what he created you for and igniting your purpose in life and fulfilling it.  

Ignition starts when you place the key at the key spot of the car and starts, the key is your purpose (identify who you are, where you are going, what you need), the reason why you were created, you have to go back to the creator to discover why he created you, begin to study yourself, your true identity lies inside and not outside. Take out time to be alone and pen down those things you discovered about yourself. The next step after placing the key is for you start the engine so you could move which signifies you developing yourself in that area. It is not enough to hold the key, the car will remain at rest until the key is placed at its position and the engine of the car starts. It’s not enough to know what God has called you to do, you must develop yourself, rely on God for instruction on the area you should venture into. There is a blueprint for your life in the creator’s hand, only Him can show you the map to fulfil and reach that glorious destiny he has drawn out for you. If you have a key and you enter a wrong car, no matter how good you know how to drive a car, it won’t start, it must be the right key and the right car. You must develop yourself in the area that is necessary for the effective launching and fulfillment of your purpose. This phase never ends, life purpose is a journey that requires constant development. But before you get to this level you must have known where you are going, although you don’t really know the way there, you must first of all know your destination and as ignition begins you would get a clearer picture of how to get there.

You need to undo those limiting factors, beliefs and fear that we have acquired overtime and recondition your subconscious to anticipate or expect success, fulfillment accomplishment with an understanding that you worth it and deserve to live a purpose-filled life.

Can you imagine how amazing your life would be to wake each new day filled with fulfilment, satisfaction, inspiration and  love knowing that you are living a purpose-filled life? It should not end as a dream or written down vision or goal that never come to reality, you have to decide and be committed to ignite your purpose and change your life right now!

It’s time for the ignition, yes! Now! Take deliberate action!
